| | DVD/CD-RW Drive not reading DVD-R | | I have a DVD/CD-RW, this is what is shown in My Computers. I insert a Blank DVD and the drive gives a whirling sound along with flash for atleast 10-15 seconds. But then, it just stops. So, I have atleast 20 Gb of matter to be transferred to the DVD, so I am not getting what to do. I have Windows XP Professional SP3, DVD/CD-RW drive and I am using DVD-R. | |

| CD-RW problem | | I have a samsung CD-RW. The writer is not ejecting when I press the eject button. I have been facing this problem for quite some time. I decided to remove the CD writer and then re-attach it. The eject worked couple of times after that, but now once again it gets jammed. What could be the problem here? I have another DVD writer, but I like to get my CD drive working so that I can use both of them in parallel. | |
