| New HP Printer | | After having a lot of bad things happen with our Dell printer and getting terrible customer service we had to go out looking for a new printer! After the terrible service we got with Dell we decided to go with a new brand! We got a HP! It has the normal printing functions, it also has a fax, scanner, and copier! The ink is also about $30 cheaper then the ink we had to buy with the Dell printer! Have you had any experiences with a Dell or hp printer? If so how was it? Can not wait to see the responses! | | Printer refill ink | | My friend just came down to my house last night, his printer getting problem since he tried to refill up the printer cartridge..I have checked and found the cartridge it self had damage..Maybe the refill operator didn't doing it properly or the cartridge was not designed for refill..I have observed so many printer model becomes so popular because they able to do ink refilling and people will saving cost by not always purchase original cartridge every time..How about on your places? | | Do you still need a printer at home nowadays? | | I don't have any printer since If I need to read something I will transfer it to my Smartphone or laptop ..Or I also like to carry my thumb drive stick any where and if needed I will burned a piece of CD, and printed out at my office or rental..I noticed we can also send email and doing registration of anything by online..Everything we can do online in this cyber internet era.. Eventhough I need to print a photo, I can easily print it the mall and save the file to our thumb drive only...How about you? Do you think we still need to own printer at home nowadays? | |

| Can you put clear paper in the printer? | | I have clear paper that is meant to be put on a projector and have print shown that way. I also have some shirt stencil things that dont ahve anythign on them. im ppretty positive i supose tyo put tehse things in the printer, but am i supose to?

| | Why on Earth is printer ink so expensive? | | I have an HP Inkjet printer and even at discount stores, my black ink cartridges are 30 dollars and my color cartridges are 38 dollars. What is going on?Why is printer ink so expensive? You can buy a jar of India ink or whatever for a few bucks, and in terms of quantity, there is more ink in that jar than in a 30 dollar ink cartridge.If you do the math, printer ink ends up being thousands of dollars per gallon. Even in other countries, printer ink is expensive ( http://www.crossprint.de ). Seriously now, what in the world is going on?Is there some crazy complicated refining process that printer ink goes through, or is it just that expensive because people are willing to pay that much?

| | | Do you love your printer? | | I just replaced the ink (cyan, magenta and yellow) of my Epson Stylus cx5900 and let the black one remain because the indicator says that it is still okay. And then I tried to print my documents but alas the black printout would not come out. I cleaned the print head (a couple of times too) and to my dismay still the black ink would not print so I decided to replace the blank ink too since it maybe too old and may have dried up. And after changing I was quite shocked to see that the cyan and yellow have low ink levels already. It means the cleaning consumed all my ink and the black ink still would not come out. Oh how I hate my printer now!How about you any problems encountered on your printer or are you satisfied with it? | |

| Printer is WARRANTY, But I can't use it for almost a month now. | | A client bought a printer that printer is covered/warranty for a year. But from the moment it was installed in the PC. Printer starts showing some problems like:- autoshutdown
- blinking led indicator
- wont feed/ wont printIf you encountered this problem and you want to print a report. But you can't due to many things to consider before it works. You may not make it.What will you do? Since the printer is still covered under warranty? or from the moment your purchase it.
